Linda Lorndale is a graduate of Vanderbilt University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. In December of 2010 she completed a Certificate in Jewelry and Metalwork at The Corcoran College of Art and Design in Washington, DC.
Linda is inspired by the beauty and complexity of the world around her. She is interested in making jewelry that ebbs and flows in natural rhythms and shapes.
She has participated in shows at The Corcoran Gallery of Art White Halls gallery, The Corcoran Gallery of Art Museum Shop, 4903 Wisconsin Avenue and other Washington, DC area venues.
Linda has lived in the Northeast, South, Midwest and West Coast of the United States. In her travels and relocations she has found inspiration in the beauty of her surroundings and the generosity of her family and friends. She currently lives and works in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
